I began my career as a telephone fundraiser and have over 17 years of experience in fundraising, working on both the agency and charity sides. My passion for fundraising is immense, with a specialization in individual giving support, particularly through telephone fundraising, lead generation, and project management. For the past 15 years, I have been managing charity accounts, primarily in Scotland, while also overseeing large-scale campaigns across the UK. Through QTS Fundraising and independently, I assist charities in enhancing their individual giving programmes, helping them to build stronger relationships with their donors and secure long-term, reliable income.
